BotCombat Version 0.2

In this new pre-alpha version, a new scene has been added : the HANGAR. It allows to select and assign the weapons to given faces of the cubic robot. Basic UI have been used just in order to set up the functionalities.

In the CHESSBOARD scene, a new battery energy bar has been added and the use of weapon will consume this battery energy.
